Always Moist Slow Cooker Pot Roast

1) In your slow cooker, combine beef broth with onion soup mix & water. 2) Add Garlic and onion, then place roast in the slow cooker and coat well with broth. 3) Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low setting for 8-9 hours. 4) Use the leftover broth to make your gravy, right in the crock pot!
