Apple Cranberry Poppy Seed Slaw Salad is a fresh and crunchy side dish bursting with healthy fall flavors. Sweet apples and dried cranberries are combined with savory cabbage, carrots and green onions and mixed in a tangy Greek yogurt poppy seed dressing for a dish you will devour.

½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. Dijon
¼ tsp. salt
4 c. shredded cabbage
½ c. matchstick carrots
1 granny smith apple
1 pink lady apple
? c. dried cranberries
½ c. diced green onion
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, champagne, honey, Dijon and salt in a bowl until well combined. Fold in the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
