Apple Pie Stuffed Cheesecake (the best dessert ever)

Think all the flavors of apple pie and stuff them right in the center of a creamy cheesecake

2 C graham cracker crumbs
7 T melted butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened (room temperature)
1 cup sugar, granulated
2 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 C heavy cream
2 T flour, all purpose
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 apples, peeled and sliced
1 T brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 T caramel sauce

For the topping
1/4 C butter softened
1/2 C flour, all purpose
1/2 C brown sugar
