This light green smoothie is a delight

2 loose cups honeydew melon
¼ avocado
½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup water
¼ avocado
½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup water
Cut the avocado flesh into chunks.
Put melon, avocado, lemon juice and water in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and add maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
