Avocado Orange Salad with Cherry Sauce

Refreshing salad with natural sauce!

1 avocado
1 orange
1 tablespoon goji berries
6 cherries
½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon maple syrup

Peel and remove the pit of the avocado. Cut into chunks.
Peel the orange and cut the flesh into chunks.
Spread the avocado and orange on a serving plate, then sprinkle the goji berries on top of them.
Cut the cherries into halves and remove their pits. Put the cherries, lemon juice and maple syrup in a small blender and blend into sauce. Pour the sauce over the salad.
