Avocado Rice Bowl

Easy meal with few ingredients, only takes few minutes to prepare! No need to go the Japanese restaurant for a fancy meal.

1 cup cooked white rice
½ tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1/3 avocado
½ teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon shredded nori
¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
¼ teaspoon soy sauce, optional
Mix rice, sesame oil and green onion. Cut the avocado flesh into chunks and spread on top of the rice. Drop the soy sauce onto the avocado. Top the avocado with sesame seeds, shredded nori, and grated ginger.
