Bacon Mac and Cheese Recipe

A childhood favorite mac and cheese kicked up with bacon and a variety of cheeses. There will be no picky eaters with this side dish! And for sure no leftovers!

14 strips of bacon ( divided )
8 ounces of elbow macaroni
4 Tablespoons butter
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
