Baked brie with tomato salsa is a great way to spice up chips and dip. Salsa has Tomatoes, Avocado, corn, jalapeno, onions, cayenne pepper and lime. It is very easy to make. This is a quick dip recipe and goes great on Cinco De Mayo

2 plum tomatoes
1/2 cup of sweet kernel corn
1/4 cup of red onions, finely chopped
2 slices of avocado, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 tsp of salt or to taste
1 tsp of lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
