Baked Chicken Flautas Recipe

We probably have Mexican food at least once, if not twice, a week . . . just because I know that they will actually eat it and enjoy it. And let’s be honest – once you find a recipe that you know your kids love, you keep going back to it to avoid those dinner battles. This recipe is easy to throw together – this is one that I will pick up a rotisserie chicken at the store and use that shredded meat to whip them up in no time!

4 cups cooked and shredded chicken ( rotisserie chicken works great! )
1 cup salsa verde ( the green salsa )
1 (8 oz) cream cheese ( softened )
1 (14 oz) can black beans ( rinsed and drained )
1 (15 oz) can corn ( drained )
1 1/2 cups colby jack shredded cheese ( divided )
12-14 flour tortillas ( soft taco size )
