This custard style mac and cheese is made with lots of eggs, cheese, and a few crushed saltines and it can easily be cut into squares.

Ingredients

8    ounces    macaroni ( elbow, cooked )
16    saltine crackers ( finely crushed )
1    teaspoon    salt
1    teaspoon    seasoned pepper
8    ounces    sharp cheddar cheese ( shredded )
8    ounces    sharp cheddar cheese ( extra sharp, shredded )
6    eggs ( large, lightly beaten )
4    cups    milk
