This idea was inspired by the Warm Goat Cheese Salad at Red Rock Brewery in Murray, UT. Why not turn it into an appetizer?

1/2lb soft goat cheese (sliced into 5 slices)
1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 Large egg (beaten)
zest of one medium orange
juice of 1/2 medium orange
1 tablespoon honey
