This is the perfect dinner for those busy nights! The best part about this recipe is that kids love these quesadillas!

6 soft tortillas
3 chicken breasts ( chopped and cooked all the way through )
8 slices of bacon ( I used pre-cooked, them microwaved it )
1/3 cup red onion chopped
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
