An amazing blueberry cobbler turned extraordinary with a cinnamon whiskey creme anglaise.

6 cups blueberries
¼ cup tapioca
½ cup sugar
For the crust:
¾ cup milk
2 tsp lemon juice
½ cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1½ cup flour
6 T butter
For the creme anglaise:
1? cup heavy cream
? cup milk
5 egg yolks
? cup sugar
¼ cup cinnamon whiskey (used: Fireball)
