Bread Pudding with Pecan Topping

This Bread Pudding is great for dessert, served warm for brunch and really good for breakfast the next day. Serve it up with whipped cream and you can't go wrong.

Pudding

1 loaf of Challah

8 eggs

4 cups half and half

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup sugar

Topping

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans
Cut the loaf of Challah into 1? cubes and place in a 9 1/2? X 13? baking dish .In a medium mixing bowl combine eggs, half and half, vanilla and sugar. Whisk until completely blended. Pour over bread cubes....
