Breakfast Boat with Cheese, Bacon & Tomatoes

2 Baguettes (about 25 cm/10 inch long)
4 Slices of Rashers/Bacon
2 Tomatoes
½ Onion
80g (3oz) Cheese (Cheddar/Gouda)
4 Medium-Large Eggs
125 ml (1/2 cup) Milk
Salt, pepper to taste
½ Teaspoon Dried Oregano
