This is an easy and delicious breakfast dish that can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.

1 pound of lean turkey sausage
12 english muffins, halved
2 cups of cheddar cheese
8 large eggs
1½ cups of sour cream
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper for taste.
