Breakfast Toast Cup
3
Kids will like this. Very easy too.
2
2 toast bread
2 tablespoon chopped tomato
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoon chopped tomato
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ teaspoon dried basil
Trim off the brown rim of the toast bread (save them for bread crumbs or other dishes.)
Find two stainless steel round cookie cutters about 2-inch in diameter.
Taking the four corners of the toast bread, carefully fold the bread into a flower and push into the cookie cutter.
Fill each toast cup with ½ tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon chopped tomato, and 1 tablespoon chopped onion inside. Sprinkle with some dried basil on top of the filling.
Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 minutes or until the bread is crispy on the outside. When you remove the toast cup from the cookie cutter, it will maintain the shape of a cup.
