- 1 block of Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 tsp of Sea Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp of cumin powder (Optional)
- 3 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Cooking Spray
- 1.5 Cups of Brussels Sprouts
