Butterscotch Toffee Cookies

Ultra chewy cookies with delicious butterscotch chips and chocolate toffee bits.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 large egg, plus 1 egg yolk, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup chocolate toffee pieces
1 cup butterscotch chips
