Cardamon Nutella Almond Crunch Cookies

This is a soft vanilla cookie spiced with cardamon then dipped in a Nutella glaze then dipped again in crushed sliced almonds.

Vanilla Cardamon Cookie Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 sticks butter, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 Tbs bourbon vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Cardamon

1 large egg

1 large egg yolk

Nutella Glaze Ingredients

2 Tbs butter

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup Nutella

1 tsp flour
