Cherry Walnut Cookies

Easy gluten-free cookies.

12 cherries
1 cup raw walnut
½ cup raw almond
4 jujube dates
1 tablespoon cacao powder
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Take 4 of the cherries, remove seeds and cut into halves Remove the seeds of the dates and cut into halves. Put the 4 deseeded cherries, walnut, almond, dates, and cacao powder in a blender. Blend until well-mixed. Shape into cookies about 2 inch in diameter. Using your thumb, make an indent in the center of each cookie. Put cookies on a baking dish, bake for 20 minutes. To serve, put a cherry in the center of each cookie. Note: You can bake longer if you like more crispy cookies. You can also let them dry naturally if not eating them immediately. You can also omit the whole cherries and make the cookies round without the indent.
