Chili Toast Rolls

Hot sushi made from bread and cheese!

2 Anaheim chili pepper
2 toast bread
2 ounce Cheddar Cheese, sliced or shredded.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Trim off the ends of chili pepper, then cut into 2-inch long logs. Take out the seeds. Trim off the rim of toast bread if too hard, then press the bread slightly to make it thinner. Cut the bread into rectangles that has the same length as the chili pepper. If the chili pepper is very thin, make the width of the bread smaller. Put cheddar cheese on the bread, roll up and tuck into the hollow chili. Oil a baking dish, place the chili rolls on the dish, then spray some oil on top. Bake 5 to 10 minutes until heated through and cheese melt. Let cook and cut into smaller segments.
