These energy bites are the perfect healthy snack for someone who loves chocolate and peanut butter {like me}! Its hard to eat just one. :)

1 cup oats (quick or old-fashioned, uncooked)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coconut flakes
