2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp mint extract (not peppermint)
8 drops green food coloring

Put the ice cream, food color, and mint extract in a blender. Add about a half a cup of milk, and begin blending, adding more milk until you get the desired consistency.
