Copycat Disney’s Cars Land Red’s Apple Freeze Drink

This is a cold beverage with frozen apple juice flavored with marshmallow and topped with creamy, passion fruit froth. It sounds a little strange, but my entire family loved it.

Foam topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup mango juice
¼ cup passion fruit juice
3 Tablespoons sugar
Apple slush:
2 (12 ounce) cans frozen apple juice concentrate
12 ounces cold water
2 Tablespoons Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
