A beautiful Dark Chocolate Cake with Coffee Buttercream that will wake up your tastebuds, cure that chocolate craving, and have you wishing there was more!

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup strong coffee (it can be hot, warm or cool)
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 Tablespoon vanilla
For Buttercream
4 sticks butter
5 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup strong coffee, cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon espresso powder
For Chocolate Ganache
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3 Heath Candy Bars, chopped roughly, for topping
