Diabetic Friendly Raspberry Peach Delight
Ingredients1 angel food cake mix ( sugar free, prepared )
1 package(s) raspberry vinegar ( sugar free raspberry jello )
1 cup water ( boiling )
1 Can (16 oz) peaches ( light peach slices )
3 cups milk ( fat free )
1 package(s) vanilla pudding ( sugar free )
8 ounces cool whip light ( or fat free )
1 cup water ( cold )
DirectionsArrange cake cubes on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Dissolve jello in boiling water then stir in cold water.
Pour Jell-O over cake.
Arrange peaches over Jell-O.
Mix together milk and pudding; spread over peaches.
Top with Cool Whip(FREE).
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting.
