Easy Mango Ice Cream with Cacao

Homemade ice cream, any way you like!

1 mango
2 tablespoon milk, soy milk or water
Cacao powder (optional)
Peel and cut mango into chunks. Freeze. Put frozen mango into a food processor, blend with milk (add 1 tablespoon at a time, just enough to make the mango softer). Add some syrup if you want it sweeter. Note: If the mango is very ripe and juicy, you’ll need less liquid. Put into a serving bowl and top with cacao powder.
