Easy Okra Salad

It’s not complicated to make okras taste good.

20 okras
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped tomato
¼ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Put okras into boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain an let cool. Trim off the tough end of the okras, then cut into halves. Spread out on a serving plate. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, onion, tomato, Dijon Mustard and pepper. Pour over okras. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
