Egg and Avocado Toasts

Whole grain bread smeared with an avocado spread and topped with eggs and salsa! Our FAVORITE healthy breakfast!

2 slices of whole grain bread, toasted
1 egg
1/2 avocado
hot sauce or salsa, for topping
Grease a small skillet lightly with butter or cooking spray. Add egg; season with salt and pepper and scramble. Mash avocado lightly in a small bowl. Top toast with mashed avocado, eggs, and salsa or hot sauce.
