:Cupcakes:
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
3 tablespoon water
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

3 cups powdered sugar
