Fancy Egg

Yummy bread and egg fried until bread is lightly toasted. My mom called these fancy eggs , and so the name has stuck!

1/2 T. butter
1 egg
1 slice white bread
salt & pepper to taste

I used a cookie cutter to cut the heart shape. Next I lightly butter both sides of the bread. Put in a frying pan and cook as easy or hard as you like them. Serve your Fancy Egg on a plate with some...
