Farfalle with Chciken in Sun Dried Tomato Olive Pesto Cream Sauce

A quick and easy dish that requires only one pot and one skillet.

12 ounces farfalle (bow tie) pasta
2 medium chicken breasts, about 1 pound
black pepper, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon unsalted butter, divided
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sun dried tomato olive pesto
