Fluffy Crescent Dinner Rolls

When it comes to dinner rolls, these are the IT rolls. It's not because these are the only rolls I've ever made, but because these are the only rolls I've ever made that have actually turned out. They are perfectly light and buttery every single time, they're hard to mess up and even harder to stop after eating only one! These definitely take center stage next to the turkey on our Thanksgiving table.

½ C warm water
½ C warm milk
1 egg
1/3 C butter, softened
1/3 C white sugar
1 tsp salt
4 C flour
1 ½ Tbs yeast
¼ C butter softened
