Frikadeller Meat Patties with Sauce! Frikadeller originates from Denmark, where they make these delicious meat patties, out of ground meats.You would normally have them accompanied with a sauce, and in this recipe, we have frikadeller, sauce and pasta!

For the frikadeller (meat patties)
1/2 lb or 225 g ground pork
1/2 lb or 225 g ground beef
1/2 cup or 70 g grated onion
3 Tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups or 350 ml half-and-half milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup or 75 g butter

For the Sauce:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups or 350 ml low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/2 cup or 120 ml heavy cream
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and ground black pepper
