Fruity Stuffed Radish

All natural, no additional condiments! Raw vegan or with crab, you decide.

1 kiwi
1 orange
16 blueberries
ΒΌ cup crab meat or vegetarian crab meat (optional)
16 organic radish
Choose radish that are small enough to eat in one bite, and yet big enough to accommodate some fruit in them. Trim the top and bottom ends of the radish so they could stand still. Cut out the center of the radish, but not through the bottom. Peel and cut kiwi into small chunks. Peel orange and cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix kiwi and orange, and crab meat if using. Stuff the fruit mixture into the radish, and top with a blueberry. Prepare a serving plate and some lettuce or cabbage (optional), and place the stuffed radish on the lettuce. Note: To make this dish raw vegan, omit the crab and substitute with some apple (cut into small chunks just like the kiwi and orange).
