Potatoes ( 4 to 5 mashed and boiled
Cheese( 2 cups grated)
corn 1 cup
Ginger garlic (crushed one tablespoon each)
green chilly (chopped 4 to 5)
Coriander ( chopped 2 tablespoon)
sesame seed ( 1 table spoon)l
fennel seeds ( 1 tablespoon)
red chilly Powder ( 1 tablespoon)
bread crumb (5 to 6 tablespoon)
salt to taste
oil to fry
Make a dough of potatoes with bread crumbs add salt add salt red chilly powder mix well (bind it properly) Keep it aside now take grated cheese corn and mix it all with other ingredients make a ball of dough press it with thumb for enough space for filling now stuff cheese corn filling and lock it properly so that it does not break while frying give a shape of your choice take a pan pour some oil in it when oil is hot deep fry till golden brown serve hot with cheese dip
