A chilled breakfast perfect for hot days and a great way to fit in 3 servings of fruits and vegetables!

1/2 cup skim milk with added protein
1/2 cup Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup Frozen Tropical Fruit Blend (Mango, Pineapple, Strawberries)

1 kiwi
1/2 banana
1/4 cup Ezekial 4:9 Golden Flax Sprouted Cereal
Blend together the first four ingredients until smooth. Pour blended ingredients in bowl and top with sliced banana, kiwi and Ezekial cereal.
