Today I peeled a grapefruit for my mid-afternoon snack. I like grapefruits and I do sometimes eat them like that. But this time, I ate a slice and was done with it. Lol. I didn’t want to let the peeled grapefruit go bad, so I tried to make something with it. Some kind of marmalade. =) For those of you that already like grapefruit, you’ll love this. It has that sour taste but it’s sweet at the same time! I’m actually really pleased with this.

- 2 grapefruits
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of rum
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 cup of granulated sugar

1. Peel the grapefruits and put them with the sugar and rum in a saucer pan and let it heat up until boiling.
2. After about 20 minutes in medium-low heat, the fruit is dissolved.
