Smoked sausage and veggies are seasoned with Cajun spices, then grilled to perfection for a hearty, satisfying meal the whole family will love!

1 (13.5 oz.) fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into coins
5-6 small red or yellow potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
3 ears corn on the cob, cut into 3 inch pieces
2 bell peppers, any color
1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 large onion, choppped
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dry parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
