Guinness Stout Chocolate Cupcakes

Topped with a cream cheese frosting "head", these Guinness Stout Cupcakes look & taste like their namesake. Perfect for St. Patrick's Day celebrations!

1 bottle (about 12 ounces) Guinness® stout
½ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
¾ cup sour cream
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (plus more for garnish)
2 cups sugar
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons baking soda
