The great thing about ANY soup is that you can add anything you like. Optional ingredients: whole wheat pasta, barley, navy beans, legumes, rice, crushed or whole flax, the options really are endless!

1lb lean Ground Beef,
1can = 1 cup of Beef broth
1can Tomato Soup
1-2cups of Water
2 Cloves of fresh Garlic, chopped
1 Medium Onion, thinly slice
2 cups of Potatoes, cubed
2 ½ cups of mixed veggies
(frozen or fresh. If using frozen, run under warm water to remove ice and partially thaw)
1tsp of white Sugar,
1 Can Kidney beans (totally optional)
Parsley, and oregano ½ tsp ground pepper, and celery salt
1can = 1 cup of Beef broth
1can Tomato Soup
1-2cups of Water
2 Cloves of fresh Garlic, chopped

1) Cook ground beef with a little salt & pepper, garlic & onion, until brown and fully cooked. Drain off any grease before adding to the soup!
2) In a large saucepan combine, tomato soup, water, beef broth, garlic and onion. Bring to a boil on high heat.
3) Add Potatoes, sugar and spices. Cover and reduce to medium heat, and let boil for 10 minutes.
4) Add veggies and cooked ground beef. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
5) Turn off heat, but leave the pot on the hot burner while you set the table and call the family for dinner.
