Honey Mustard Curry Trumpet Mushroom with Onion and Peas

Easy vegetarian dish with lots of flavor.

1 cup sliced trumpet mushroom
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sweet peas
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon water
To make sauce, mix Dijon mustard, honey, curry powder, salt and water. Put trumpet mushroom and onion in a bowl, pour sauce over and marinade for 20 minutes. Put sweet peas in a baking dish, then top with trumpet mushroom and onion, along with sauce. Cover and broil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until mushroom and onion are soft.
