An Irish cream pastry cream fills these tender profiteroles.

1 cup water
1 stick butter
pinch salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1½ cup cream
1½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cocoa
¼ cup Bailey's Irish Cream
