A gluten free version of Panera Bread's new broth bowls. Great for lunch or dinner for the whole family.

1/4 cup dry quinoa ,cooked
1/4 – 1/8 cup dry lentils, cooked
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 – 1/2 tsp Sriracha
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 cup spinah
1/2 cup kale
one small tomato, diced
1/8 cup diced yellow onion
1 garlic clove
1 hard boiled egg
