Low Carb Turkey Pot Pie

A twist on a classic American dish. You do not have to sacrifice taste when eating a low carbohydrate diet. This dish is wonderful to make when you have left over meat and veggies. It's easy, quick and costs under $20! Leftovers will never be boring again.

4 oz turkey cooked using your preferred method. Leftovers work great here.
8 ounces vegetables of your choosing - I used peas, corn and green beans, but you can use what you have or even a bag of frozen vegetable medley
1 cup of vegetable or chicken broth
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
For the crust dough
1½ Cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 teaspoon alt and pepper
{you can add any other spices here like thyme or rosemary}
