I love spring and summer time barbecued that means grilled vegetables to go with it. When the weather gets warm outside, who wants to deal with a hot stove or oven heating up an overheated house? That's when I take my adventure out of the kitchen and onto the patio for some grilling. Not only are these grilled vegetables delicious but they are also vegetarian friendly AND vegan friendly. So this way, you'll have a side dish that will satisfy just about any body.

1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/8 cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 large clove garlic, chopped
½ red onion, cut into 1” squares
1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
