Nothing fancy, nothing hard! Just good old fashioned potato salad! This has been cook-out tasted and approved. Perfect dish for any cook out, family reunion, church supper or just supper at home. Hope you give it a try! Enjoy!!

4 medium Idaho Potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Cup Mayonnaise (I use Kraft Light)
2 Tbsp. yellow Mustard
3/4 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish

Salt to taste

1 Cup Mayonnaise (I use Kraft Light)
2 Tbsp. yellow Mustard
3/4 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
Peel potatoes and cut into bite size chunks. Boil potatoes just until tender, Drain potatoes and salt to taste and add pepper.
Let potatoes cool, then mix in mayonnaise, mustard and sweet pickle relish.
Next, peel eggs, dice and gently stir into the potato salad.
