Minced Meat (400 grams)
Patato ( 2 mashed)
Onions ( 2 chopped)
Bread crumbs ( 4 to 5 table spoon)
Ginger , garlic and green chillies (crushed 1 table spoon each)
Red chilly powder (1 table spoon)
Mint leaves (half cup chopped)
Garam masala (1 tablespoon)
Oil
salt to taste

Take a pan put some oil in it and fry onion till they are transparent on a slow flame
Add minced meat in it and cook for some time till water of mince evaporates
then add all ingredient and mix well to form a dough let it cool
make the ball of minced meat give the shape of your choice (round or oval)
Brush them with oil and grill it till brown
You can also shallow fry it on a non stick pan
serve with green chatni
