Mom's Sizzlin' Steak Marinade

If you let the steak marinate for long enough (my mom used to do it for 24 hours), it will seriously melt in your mouth. The flavor is amazing . . . this recipe will make any meat-loving man (or woman!) happy.

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons dry ground mustard
1/3 cup lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together in a Ziploc bag. Add 2 pounds of steak (we usually use sirloin steak because it is the least expensive, but it works great for any cut of steak). Store in fridge for 8-24 hours....
